I had my 24 week appointment today. It was uneventful, as expected. It's nice there is nothing bad to talk about with the doctor. Her heart sounded great, I'm measuring normal, and I go back in 4 weeks. I will also get to do the test for gestational diabetes next month. Keep your fingers crossed, if I have GD, I won't get to eat ice cream or drink coke anymore (the 2 things I've been indulging in since I started this trimester)!
Every month I go, I am always hoping they'll schedule my c-section. I can't wait until I have an actual date to count-down to! Maybe next time??? Our hospital is still not open here (from the floods we had in June). I have been hearing they expect to fully re-open in November. Today I heard the OB section might open in October. I would be so happy if I didn't have to deliver in Indy. Being closer to home would be best for Ty and Keith.
Anyway, more next month...
