Mr. Independent & His Sister

Ty has reached a new level of independence lately. He's been trying to do things like unlock the front door to get a package off of the porch, plug in his reading light, etc. We're not very comfortable with those types of things so we've had a little chat about independence. He's also gotten more independent with physical things. He can now pump well enough when he swings that he doesn't need to be pushed. He's ready for a bike instead of a tricycle too. He's such a big boy.

CJ has moved up in the world to a booster instead of a high chair. She also has gotten rid of her bath seat. She's been old enough to get rid of these baby devices for awhile, but not quite mature enough. So, she's showing great signs of maturity. Independence has always come quite naturally to this one :)
