It's hard to believe that Cameron is 5 months old today! Not hard to believe I haven't lost all of the baby weight yet! Ha! I'll really start trying on Monday. Anyway, let's see...Cameron is still getting up 1-2 times per night. Last month, it was more often twice. Now, it's becoming more often once. She's still wearing her straight jacket and using her sound machine to sleep at night and for her long nap during the day. She continues to use her pacifier less and less. She pretty much just uses it when she's falling asleep for about a minute or so. I think I'll probably take it away soon because she probably doesn't even need it anymore. She is all girl! She wants to be involved in conversation all the time. She wants to be sitting or standing in the middle of the action. I think she's going to be a social butterfly. She has also discovered herself in the mirror and enjoys that. She is definitely developing her own personality. She has an ornery grin like her Grandpa Wathen and I love it. She laughs when you catch her being ornery and she thinks she is funny. I'm already scared for the pre-teen/teen years! She is wearing 3-6 month clothes and I think her hair is barely starting to grow a little bit. She's really close to finally fitting her her size 1 shoes and she moved up a size in socks. I cannot wait! Her eyes are getting browner, but they're still not all the way brown. She tried eating cereal, but she's usually so tired by the time we are eating dinner that she isn't that interested. She prefers to watch Ty eat his dinner. She can roll over, but doesn't always succeed. She can grab her toys and feet too. It seems like she's really grown up in the last month. I can't wait to see what she's like at 6 months old.
