How ridiculous are these pictures? So, apparently when you have a colic baby you no longer care about all of the "rules" of parenting (ie- don't get your baby used to being held too much, let them cry themselves to sleep, etc.). With Ty, we were able to follow all of the rules and that worked out very well for everyone. CJ is getting spoiled rotten!
Just let me describe this crazy position of hers. This is how she is most comfortable and how she sleeps in her "bed". I love it.
1. Vibrating seat must be on.
2. She is in a sleep sack which allows her to sort of be swaddled in the seat rather than her legs hanging down.
3. A blanket doming her to support her shoulders/body from falling to one side or another.
4. Pacifier.
5. Head turned up in the air for some reason.
So, now that we have discovered that the sound of a vacuum cleaner calms her we are trying something new. Right now, she is sleeping in her bouncy (with the above list covered) in her crib listening to a 78 minute CD of a vacuum cleaner playing on her dresser. Hey- baby steps for this diva!
CJ is already doing better. Her new formula seems to be making a big difference and the vacuum sound has worked wonders! Hopefully things will continue to improve and we will be able to keep this little one happy.

Oh wow! If you didn't have that CD you would have the cleanest house in America vacuuming all of the time!!! :)
"Oh man"
I thought that Jacque would have a really, really clean house. Only Jacque could find a vacuum cleaner CD!
A clean house and a killer figure from vacuuming all day long while carrying CJ and not having any time to eat. I think the cd is a good investment...at least until she gets her iPod! :)
